Refund Policy

JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR L.L.C

1. Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.

2. No-Show

• Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice may result in full booking charges.

3. Early Return

• No refund will be issued for early vehicle return after the rental period has started.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Security Deposit Refund

• Security deposits are refunded within 21–30 working days after checking for traffic fines, Salik charges, and vehicle condition.
