Welcome to JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR L.L.C. By accessing our website and booking a vehicle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 21 years old (25 years for luxury vehicles).

• A valid UAE driving license or International Driving Permit (for tourists) is required.

• Emirates ID (for residents) or Passport & Visa copy (for tourists) must be provided.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Online payments are processed via secure payment gateways.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required.

• The deposit will be refunded within 21–30 working days after vehicle return, subject to clearance of traffic fines, Salik, or damages.

4. Traffic Fines & Salik

• The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), parking fees, and violations incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance

• Basic insurance is included in all rentals.

• Additional insurance coverage is available upon request at extra cost.

6. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes.

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• Off-road driving is not permitted unless agreed in writing.

7. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

• Refueling charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

8. Late Return

• Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.

9. Cancellation

• Cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR L.L.C reserves the right to refuse service if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
